Let’s Talk About Mummies
Halloween and the way we celebrate it today is the marriage of several different traditions giving homage to the thin line between the living and the dead and remembering our ancestors. Traditions that are not necessarily related to Halloween, but are still all about that veil and ancestry, can be fun and lighthearted. Other traditions …
Image of the Day: “Fall Leaves” by Black
Happy Halloween! 🎃 This one was taken by me. Nothing special. Just your classic Fall dead leaves.
A Witchy Claymation: The Adventures of Peggy & Linda
I love animation in all of its forms, but claymation is certainly my all-time favorite. Seeing 3-dimensional Plasticine people come to life is like breathing life into your favorite childhood toys. #PumpkinLog Entry #6: Vines are Grabby
See all Pumpkin Log entries here on HL or Twitter How Do the Vines Know?! I have to admit that I’m a little nervous that no fruit is showing yet, but even if no fruit ever comes, I’m freaking loving the sweet vine action. These little buggers are grabby. I think it’s perfect that the …
