ParticipantWhen my my children were little there were always some fun surprises in their treat bags: pennies, fruit, and of course even toothbrushes. But over the past few years I have been seeing some funny posts on social media sites the day after Halloween concerning the strange treats the night before. For example, someone was handing out bananas and were dressed as a Banana while doing so! Another person’s child received pepperoni! I’m curious to see what odd/strange/weird treats either your child received last night, or even the oddest you ever got in your own childhood of Trick-or-Treating )

KeymasterI’ve definitely received the health and toothbrush stuff from health nuts before that simply can’t take a break for just one night a year.
The weirdest thing I ever received myself when I was a child was probably a religious bookmark with some kind of gross candy taped to it.
Some people can’t seem to just let go and have fun and let people be, they have to push their personal agendas and views on others.

ParticipantOh I saw a package of the little pepperoni bags at the grocery store after Halloween and was a little jealous that some kids got those but mine didn’t.YUM! I don’t think she’s ever gotten anything weird unless you could raisins as weird.
