    I recently hosted an online Halloween party and needed to fill three to four hours with music. I only filled about 2.5 hours. I played all the usuals like Monster Mash, Purple People Eater, Time Warp etc. What are your favs?

    Excellent list.

    I’ve dedicated many years to collecting the best Halloween and horror music, what I think I’ll do is compile some sort of fancy list where we can all collaborate and build the ultimate playlist.

    The collaboration on an ultimate Halloween playlist sounds awesome (and kind of what I was asking for too).

    My personal “Halloween” songs don’t always translate well into a party atmosphere though. So any help would be much appreciated. (A lot of my stuff is obscure hardcore punk or goth music no one but me and my closest weirdo friends listen to.) ;)

    Believe me, a lot of my stuff is obscure too (the best kind of music), and definitely not party music haha. Unless you’re having a serial killer party where everyone sits around staring ominously at one another. ;)

    Hey guys! Definitely love this list and the horror music collection you guys linked to as well!

    Some awesome songs are from the Nightmare before Christmas Soundtrack too.

    This is Halloween

    Jack’s Obsession
    Jack and Sally Montage
    Poor Jack
    Oogie Bookie’s Song
    To The Rescue

    These all work great as Halloween Music.

    Another great one is the Beetlejuice soundtrack.
