That show is so twisted. Each season is a new set of characters, a completely new setting and story. My favorite is the first one though and I wish it had continued on.This current season is about a coven of witches, It’s not as shocking as the foirst 2 seasons so far.. or maybe I am just less shockable than I used to be.
Really, because I’ve found that the third season has been the most disturbing so far, torture porn in vein of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Hostel, but perhaps even more ferocious.
American Horror Story is by far the best horror show on the air right now. For me, this was solidified in season two, when they played Helen’s Theme from Candyman, probably one of the most sublime horror moments in years (playing straight to the hearts of true horror geeks). Hannibal and Bates Motel are excellent too, and Grimm is okay, but no where near as good of writing, acting or overall quality of these other shows.
It is still quite disturbing but I think It’s just not surprising me as much this season. I haven’t had a chance to watch Bates Motel yet and didn’t know there was a Hannibal t.v show ( must go search that out) . I do watch Grimm with my husband but he likes it more than I do. I don’t care if i miss an episode. I love the idea of it more than the actual show itself. It’s a bit slow paced I guess.
