I thought that some scenes from Phantasm were filmed there because the architecture is so similar. The basement windows etc. Also there is a Morningside Avenue adjacent to a cemetary in Colma, California near where I grew up. In fact the entire town has more dead people than living, the entire area is cemetaries. In 5th grade I helped some friends on their student film project as thier family owned the Serbian Cemetary in Colma. We filmed on location in Super 8mm MOS. This was before Phantasm came out but it had some creepy places.
