I finally had time to reply and show everyone what I received. Not sure if this was a trick or if the Post Office really screwed up. The plastic bag has the USPS logo at the top and WE CARE in bold. It says:
“Dear Postal Customer:

We sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Service. We hope this incident did not inconvenience you. We realize that your mail is important to you and that you have every right to expect it to be delivered in good condition.

Although every effort is made to prevent damage to the mail, occasionally this will occur because of the great volume handled and the rapid processing methods which must be employed to assure the most expeditious distribution possible.

We hope you understand. We assure you that we are constantly striving to improve our processing methods in order that even a rare occurance may be eliminated.

Please accept our apologies.

Second, I was brought here by the writings of John Squires, and have found a number of other writers who are just as good. I love the writers and the articles at this site, and think this site is exactly what the horror community needs.

Third, one thing I dislike about the site is there seem to be a lot of things that I miss if I don’t get on every day! With the constant stream of great articles, I just feel like I miss some every once in awhile if I don’t keep up with it on a daily basis. Is that a dislike? Or is that a good thing because there’s too much content?
