We never subscribed so I first saw the series in syndication. I think they used play it Saturday nights on fox. The weird thing was we used to watch it as a family. My parents are not horror fans at all so I’m not sure why we did but it became a weekly tradition for awhile. Even trimmed for television the show was still pretty violent and sexy to be considered family entertainment so go figure. In retrospect my parents were kind of cool after all. For some reason I saw the one with Lou Diamond Phillips pulling a heist and the one with Bill Hickey as the millionaire who bought himself a younger body more than any other. I also remember Andy Mangels writing about the show a lot in his “Hollywood Heroes” column in Wizard Magazine. I loved the show so when “Demon Knight” came out I was pumped. I even scored the cardboard standee from the video store. Can’t wait to read more of your reviews, it really takes me back.
