I like it as a stand alone movie, but to me its not part of the franchise at all. And for some reason, especially the last two years, i feel like people are starting to like this one more and more for some reason. I think it has to do with the whole internet persona of being “cool and hip” and “different”. Fives years ago the horror/slasher community loathed this film. Its weird”. I’m totally agree with this comment!
