Remember that ALL cars in Salem are all Ghost-cars! It wont hurt when you amble out into the road in front of them and get hit! 3.) Go to the authentic haunted neighborhoods! Ask how to get to “the point” – its real spooky especially after dark! you can get candy on the corner of Salem st and Palmer Ave any night of the year! BoooOooOOOOoo!!

It was amazing. One year, my cousin and I were about 14 years old. We went all out and bought oversized Monster costumes to celebrate the season. Nobody else was dressed yet, but we were on Oct 30th. We sat down on a bench and, before we knew it, there was a 3-hour long line waiting to take pictures with us. It wasn’t our intention, but our celebrity moment felt amazing. That’s just 1 of a 1,000 memories and they all make me LOVE Salem. I’m glad you enjoyed your time, too.. It really is Halloween Town. Next year, with Halloween on a Saturday, it’s a must-visit! Thanks for the review!

Seeing things through someone else’s eyes is always interesting. One thing to mention is to get a chicken chop suey sandwich and a popcorn bar at the Willows. Sounds like you had a great time!!!

I’d also recommend seeing the Bewitched statue, if only for how ridiculous its existence is.

Count Orlock’s is such a cool place. I worked on a movie that shot there called Dr. Frankenstein’s Hungry Dead, which is due out on DVD early next year.
