Odd. Something must be very wrong with the film. Otherwise how is a Hooper unable to come up with $8,000? Tobe wasn’t sick rich by Hollywood standards but really , not even 8k in the estate was passed off to the sun? Hell I’ve worked as a dishwasher and could pull together 8k. Sounds like he is less than willing to put his own money behind this , Tobe clearly must have had no faith in it / love for it and none of he or his kid’s friends are willing to put up the kind of money some of them spend on an average weekend. The trailer may very well be the best of the flick and anything else would just disappoint. Better left a white whale that is only ever seen by our own imaginations.

I just read about this film on a separate website. I couldn’t believe I’d never heard of this, and my need for more info led me here. How have I never heard of this?! Yes, the trailer is super low budget but the overall aesthetic seems to be a cool extension of TCM2. Hopefully one day this will see the light of day.

Yes,the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE films have been as confusing as the HALLOWEEN films,for I’d love to see ALL AMERICAN MASSACRE become a full length feature film since the return of Chop Top would be much more welcomed than the return of Otis. B. Drifthouse and the Captain Spaulding/Firefly Family.

Dang, that trailer is surprisingly promising. I wish Moseley had uttered a few lines in it, but the gore looks abundant. I can’t believe $8000 stopped this from becoming a reality. Very sad.
