This was the very first Screamin' kit I bought (44.99 from Beatties in Leeds, 1987) when I was at university. I picked up many but certainly not all the Screamin' kits (the Rocketeer, Ash, and the Mars Attacks kits evaded me). I still have them. I hope you managed to pick one up since writing this post. They go for silly money nowadays.

Sorry to hear you don’t have him anymore. For the longest time I thought I was the only one who had one. Here are a couple of pictures of mine. I painted him in the outfit from Part VI, since that was my favorite one. I substituted the cardboard machete with one made of aluminum and put fake blood to give it a more authentic look. I included the Monster can in the shot for reference, in case others don’t know exactly how big he is. The Monster can is the regular 16 oz. I have the Freddy one, too, but he broke apart when he fell off the shelf. I’ll post a picture of him when I get the time to fix him up. Thank you for this post. Got me all excited about him again. He still looks awesome.
